     Right click mouse on the selected Order Form.

     Select "Open Link", for form to open in new window with Adobe Reader. Order form can then be viewed, saved and printed.

After printing (or copying) the desired number of copies of the front page (side1), return these copies to the printer or copier to add the back page (side 2) to the reverse of side 1.
